Presenting Kundalini Yoga every Saturday with Bhajan Kaur. Classes are open to adults of all ages and no previous yoga experience is required. Everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability, can enjoy kundalini Yoga.

Winter Holiday Kundalini Yoga Schedule
We will be having class this Saturday, November 20th. There will NOT be class on the Saturday following Thanksgiving, November 27th. Classes will resume on Saturday, December 4th - December 18th. There will NOT be class on Christmas, December 25th or New Year's Day, January 1st. Classes will resume Saturday, January 7th.

You will learn the basic techniques of pranayam (breath), mudras (hand
position), asanas (yoga postures), mantras (chanting), bhandas (body locks)
and dhyana (meditation). From these classes you will take with you the tools
to obtain the many rewards of this practice, which help to improve your
health by building a healthy and flexible body, developing a balanced mind
and expanding your awareness. This in turn brings about a greater feeling of
well-being and happiness -- our natural birthright as humans.
