Every Saturday Morning This is a six-week introductory course to introduce you to or to help you further your existing practice of the techniques and technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD. It is open to adults of all ages and no previous yoga experience is required. Kundalini Yoga can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. You will learn the basic techniques of pranayam (breath), mudras (hand position), asanas (yoga postures), mantras (chanting), naad (sound), bhandas (body locks) and meditation. From these classes you will take with you the tools to obtain the many rewards of this practice, which help to improve your health by building a healthy and flexible body, developing a balanced mind and expanding your awareness.
